1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the XBaiCheng website and the purchase of products from XBaiCheng (新百铖). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. B2B wholesale pricing is available upon request. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, and PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Production lead time is typically 15-20 working days. Shipping times vary by method: 5-15 days (air freight) or 20-40 days (sea freight). XBaiCheng is not responsible for customs delays or duties.

5. Warranty

All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Stainless steel products are designed for lifetime durability under normal use.

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. Standard product returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Limitation of Liability

XBaiCheng’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
